This creative yoga flow sequence works quite a bit on the hips, malasana, etc. It's a pretty functional flow yoga practice as much as it is inventive. We will also spend some time practicing headstand. Sirsasana. Tripod headstand. So a lot of focus on core strength and alignment. Aligned strength.
