Preservatives help ni krege. Freeze it and check. If it gives same taste.

Hello sir , Humara Achar ka business hai . Achar ko traditional method se he banate hai , par jab bhi hum achar jar ko seal pack karte hai aluminium foil se to usame Gas banati hai , aur seal break ho jati hai , jis wajah se oil girta rehta hai . Hum kaunsa preservative use kar sakte hai jisase achar ka jyada swaad bhi na badle , shelf life badhe aur market me alag alag shops par product sale kar paye .

Use Sodium Benzoate and potassium Sorbate. E211 & E202 . Plus increase oil in pickle if using less amount.
