Lunges and Squats with the 60lb concrete block and then deadlifts with the 120 concrete bar weights.
Definitely need more weight for squats, kindof breezed through 3 sets of 15 even after lunges. Made 30lb weights, but need to step it up and make 2x 40lb weights too. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
