Aloo Keema Cutlets. When creamy mince stuffed and enveloped in a potato mash pattie, the resulting delicacy is called Aloo Keema Cutlets or Aloo Keema Patties or Aloo Keema Tikki and sometimes also aloo Keema Kabab.

Ingredients:
300g Beef mince (you make use lamb or chicken)
800g approx baking potatoes boiled with skin on
1/2 meduim onion finely diced
1 meduim egg
1 teaspoon of:
salt
coriander powder
garam masala & cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon of:
turmeric powder
deghi mirch (Kashmiri chilli powder) & chilli flakes
1 teaspoon each of garlic & ginger paste
1/2 a frozen ice cube or 1/2 teaspoon of blitzed green chilli paste
juice of half a lemon & fresh coriander to garnish
oil to fry
