This video covers removing the engine and ancillaries then taking the engine bay back to bare metal, epoxy priming and satin polyurethane top coating. The engine was stripped back to pretty much the block and head then thoroughly cleaned up, masked, epoxy primed then painted on Gloss Black 2k.
Lots of hardware was blasted and new Zinc Nickel plated to finish everything off.
All new brake lines were run in Kunifer as opposed to the original steel ones that had corroded badly and brass fittings used.
The wiring loom within the engine bay and the front to rear loom was devoid of all existing covering, part pu tape and part fabric cloth tape, all cables were degreased and new fabric loom tape applied to make it look like a new wiring loom.
