This place looks amazing. So cozy. The snow in the beginning is perfect. I'd love to be at this place for a nice long family dinner on a cold snowy night around Christmas time just enjoying some great mom and pop style American food.

When I was 13 years old my mother taught me the basics of cooking (R.I.P. Mom... Miss you.). At 15, I worked in the kitchen of a childrens summer camp. In my late 20's, I was in a cooking school perfecting the art of cooking for those with a refined palate. At 68 years of age, I find it impossible to believe people have not been subjected to some part of ptomaine (food poisoning) eating at this establishment. I can only assume that the food regulations are much more lax (?) than here in Canada. If so, I pray for you all.
