A solid, tasty, and repeatable American Pale Ale has been a goal of mine since falling in love with craft beer. One of my favorites (spoilers for the video) is from an Atlanta Brewery called Sweetwater, the 420 Pale Ale. Since I can't find that around where I live now, In this video I set out to try and make a similar Pale Ale!
