Well, it's Finnish so there are forests, metal, olden-times dance music and ancient folklore elements. The name of the band can be roughly translated as Wilderness Clan and the name of the song as Alga Swamp. What's it about? No idea.

here is this song translated into English Leväluhta I float across the grey surface, There they carried me; In the arms of this shadestream, Which they gave me to And there I am light and call along others, so I don't alone Fall under the water level: "walk side by side with me" And if there are trees on these thicketlands, to them reaches The hand that may rise above my breast Light it is to sway lightly on that other side Mild to float lightly on the Leväluhta swamp Hard as a prisoner to control tomorrow's sorrows Svelte to sway light as a feather May all acquaintances come meet me, Only few of them I recognize Here the cradle rocks its child, Waves the hand of the swayer And there I am light and call along others so I don't alone Fall under the water level: "walk side by side with me" And if there are trees on these, to them reaches The hand that may rise above my breast Light it is to sway lightly on that other side Mild to float lightly on the Leväluhta swamp Hard as a prisoner to control tomorrow's sorrows Svelte to sway light as a feather Light it is to sway lightly on that other side Mild to float lightly on the Leväluhta swamp Hard as a prisoner to control tomorrow's sorrows Svelte to sway light as a feather lyricstranslate.com/en/levaluhta-levaluhta.html

Hi and thanks! Korpiklaani is a Finnish folk metal band. This is a story of ancient Finnish people who buried their sick/dead people to a wast swamp area called "Leväluhta". Stories and myths of that place. So they are telling stories about Finnish folklore and history in their music. They have also many songs in English. And of course many drinking-songs. Very funny like "Vodka" Birra, Jägermeister etc...Maybe you should react to why we are the "Happiest Country in the world" for 4th times in a row?

It wasn't a swamp when they buried those people. There was a village bu a lake, and the area turned into a swamp later. It was the initial idea of the people who studied the site that it was a swamp. It's a curious site though, as people of that era were cremated and the ashes buried in sone structures, but these people were not cremated, they were buried bodies. It seems to have been a Sami people cemetary, and they (at least there) had different kind of burial culture from Finns.
