You're going to need to pull the servo out and weld to the part that contacts the band in order to add length. You'll have to grind it down so that it resembles the way it looked factory. I JUST had this issue with my TH400. There are many videos that show how to determine needed length using a dial indicator. I can never get a repeatable number so I just added .100" to mine and I could probably add just a touch more, but I now have reverse and it doesn't roll with the tbrake engaged. They used to sell a handful of differing lengths and the manuals will show you how to identify them but welding works just fine.

Absolute General motors power window crap. My 2002 Z28 had the motor go bad at 71k on the driver's side and not much longer for the passenger side(120k) and my wife's 5th gens passenger window refuses to do the auto let down and up to clear the trim and it only has 140k on it at 14 years old. We've tried resetting it but no dice. You'd think a car company thats been making power windows an option since 1947 would have their shit together by now lmao

I had that exact same issue on my 2010 SS. Ended up replacing the entire site wiring harness (which was discontinued in 2016 or so) and that didn't really fix it. Took it to a dealership and they replaced the windows motor, regulator, and module which fixed it. Turns out some of the wires that connect at the door can be broken from stress and age. If one of those parts go bad it kills the entire door.

The overrun clutches should be applied to take a load off of that sprag. With an oem VB you would only beat on it in manual 3rd to activate the overruns. I use the sonnax overrun clutch valve kit that engages the overruns in any gear selection. Not sure how that is working on the EA VB i would have to look into the fluid circuitry.
