mike stang abbott & costello are not in the same league as these guys, more like laurel & hardy the league of geniuses. The worst laurel & hardy or amos & andy film is better than the best abbott & costello film.

Do you have any background on Sonny Woods?
@SuperIliad
3 жыл бұрын
@@pastorgarymolinaro4642 Yes, Sonny Woods (born Ardra Woods in 1935, died 1984, was a bass singer and founder, in 1950, of the Royals, later famous as the Midnighters (with Hank Ballard). Hank Ballard and the Midnighters were a highly successful crossover group from R&B to the pop charts. They scored 15 hits on the pop charts and 20 on the R&B side. They topped the R&B chart three times over a six-year period with "Work With Me Annie," "Annie Had a Baby," and "Let's Go, Let's Go, Let's Go." Ballard joined the group when they were known as the Royals. Ballard’s first with them was "Get It," released in 1953, which featured a recited passage by bass vocalist Sonny Woods on the bridge. Sonny scored well with Hollywood Records recordings, Chapel of Memories and Song of India.
