A great video. Ever since your other account deleted all its videos I have slowly been saving every video here and there that are the “great ones”. I added this video to my favourite cholosteatoma removals. This case was so heavy on wax that I thought this one was NOT a cholosteatoma surgery as I didn’t see any impacted keratin until the end. I was thinking this might be all ear wax....but nope! It looks to be a cholosteatoma as there was clearly white keratin at the back of this ear canal. As soon as I saw the endless impacted keratin coming out of that endless ear canal that had been compressed into more of an ear “cavern” than an “ear canal” then I could immediately tell that this has all the signs of a big cholosteatoma. The first half of the extraction surgery was very misleading because there was also a ton of wax. Cholosteatoma cases are always the best ones! PS- why is the last minute of this video the video from some other cleaning? I would have liked to have seen this entire video right until the end instead of it cutting out to whatever random footage is at the end.

Hi, Although I love your videos, but may I make a suggestion? Maybe edit your videos to take out the black parts? (Where the camera shows the black parts) And the parts where the camera shows the white gauge parts. The videos will probably be at least half time. So that way you can put maybe 2-3 videos in one video. Idk. Just a suggestion. Sometimes have to wait awhile for the black parts to be done. :)

I know what you mean! My legs, rear end and back are cramping during this video due to being clenched!! Like my body-english is going to aid the formidable Dr. Zhao as he wields his mighty crochet hook!! It's comforting to know that their are still actual Doctors who are willing to cross-craft their tools for their patients healing and eventual comfort. So far, this is the 5th variation on crochet hook use that I have seen!! Until I 'met' Master Zhao my favorite use was by the Seal Rescue folks on the coast near Namibia. They use them to dig out the fishing line that gets looped around and embedded in their chubby necks and jaws, causing painful open wounds as they try to eat or even just swim. Even just growing up can kill you, eventually!
