unfortunatelly today if a guy have a minimum of potential within less than 7 years or 6 years he can have a bodybuilder shape with all the shit on the market ( drugs ) anabolics steroids and GH + training meals plans ... Well, he just had surgery, back surgery I think and it's because of all the really heavy lifting he did and continues to do. I don't think he's on any gear right now and I don't know if he'll go back on it, but with massive amounts of steroids these guys use and then go off it, you lose at least 30% to 50% of what you gained. Plus most bodybuilders don't cycle off gear like they're supposed to so their body can recover. That said, Ronnie is a really nice guy and he deserved every Olympia that he won. Oh and btw, I wasn't implying that steroids allow you to be lazy and just gain muscle. You still have to work just as hard on them. The only problems I have with steroids are 2fold. One, you have to do know that if you do gear like all the pro BB's and pro wrestlers do, you're almost certainly are going to shorten your life. For some people, it's worth it. Secondly, gear is only unfair if the sport requires you not to use them, like most sports, UFC, baseball basketball....etc. People who use gear in those sports are cheaters. In something like Mr. Olympia, it's cheating because anyone who is competing in Olympia is on gear. There are natural BB contests and with those if you're on gear, then you're cheating. The thing is I'm on TRT because I actually do have a problem with my body producing enough Testosterone, so I don't cycle, I'm always on it. I do wonder if that will do anything to me, but I take it as directed, so I don't take massive doses like pro BB's do and Test is the only steroid I take. BB's take multiple steroids, HGH.....just a lot of stuff. Plus, it's got to be hard being that big and strong and with age, even if you took the same amount of gear you used to take, you're gonna lose size. It has to be difficult, especially if that was your career, but then I guess the same can be said of any sport. After you get older, you just get slower and weaker. Well I just depressed myself....sigh.....lol.

It's easy for him to be on it because there are times he cleans his system out so it can go undetected. As a cop I'm sure he would know when the drug test would come around or if it ever did come around.

Or maybe steroids are just legsl where he lives? I mean it’s not the first time there are cops on steroids lol and it definitely won’t be the last

@@tamirsudri1 Or how about that steroid tests are not on a standard 12-panel and are very expensive?? Also the Arlington police department probably took a great deal of pride in having a Mr. Olympia winner on their force in addition to having a quasi celebrity in their mist. Or just maybe they turned a blind eye because the collective thinking was it's understood the sport involves peds but hey it's not crack, or heroin. Just my thinking on the matter as I always thought the same thing.

He just went through a couple of surgeries and is off the gear. Plus he's like 50 and you begin a decline of muscle mass at that age

Ronnie will never be back again . Mainly because he is retired that means no reason for a doctor to prescribe him the juice he needs for the off season and with both hips replaced and back surgery as well as his age there would be no possible way he could for him to come back and be at Olympia fit. And just so everyone knows all competitors even sense way back in the day when steroids where banned , there has all ways been a way around it , it's called doctors and chiropractors. Even beloved Ronnie Coleman and jay cutler, there whole career they both use doctors for the enhancement drugs but not taking away extreme training and undoubted hard work they have put in to be where they are today .

***** So what. I mean I competed and stayed natural, but even if a vast majority of boby builders were roiding they still wouldn't hit the level these guys did. A far playing field is just that. Again, not slamming natural bodybuilding. I love it, but no need to bash those that do juice. Still take a hello of a lot of work and dedication
