Massimiliano Floriani moved to Armenia in 2017 and opened a guest house in Gyumri called Konjelazia - Tourism & Design. The guest house was renovated in an 1870 house in the historic Slobodka area of the city. I was curious to know how Massimiliano learned the Armenian language, what attracted him to Gyumri and why he decided to take up tourism.
