Hello! Today's video is anaerobic conditioning for volleyball players! It's conditioning drills for volleyball, where I give 10 top conditioning drills for volleyball players. These conditioning drills are for middle school volleyball players and high school volleyball players. We're trying to work the same energy system as volleyball, so these drills are short and high bouts of work. If you want to build your aerobic base for volleyball, then just decrease your rest time when doing these. There are many change of direction volleyball drills in this video, since I like to make my cardio sports specific. I hope you enjoy!
