Wash 200 grams of Peeled Green Beans
Soak in water for 4hours
Add about 150ml of water and steam for 30 to 40 minutes
Smash into a paste

Use 40 ml of Oil to fry 5 cloves of Dried Shallot
Remove the Shallot and fry the Green Bean paste with Shallot Oil
Add another 70 grams of Sugar and half a teaspoon of Salt and fry until the Green Bean paste is dry
Divide the Green Bean paste into 15g balls each

Thinly slice 150g of Sweet Potato
Steam for 15 minutes
After steaming, add 100ml water and blend it
Add 150 grams of Glutinous Rice Flour, 2 tablespoons of Sugar, 2 tablespoons of Water, knead into a dough
Take out a piece of dough about 30 grams and boil it in water until it floats
Add the cooked dough back
Knead the raw and cooked dough until it is completely mixed, then add two tablespoons of Oil
Divide the dough into 15g portions

把香蕉叶洗干净,然后抹干,搽一层油备用
在模上洒一点粉
首先把皮均匀的搓到摊开,再放进馅搓圆
放进入模内
把成形的红龟糕放在香蕉叶上用中火蒸七至八分钟
蒸完后在上面扫一层油
完成
