I would say to try a Mr Olympic leg workout but after seeing the bicep workout, you may have to be carried out of the gym. Charles Glass is amazing and look forward to more of his knowledgeable videos.

Since I work out alone, I find counting reps AND seconds disturbing. Just remember which exercises you go slow up and down, which ones only slow down, etc... For instance it doesn't have to be EXACTLY five seconds with the first one.

From super sets and drop sets your just overtraining the muscule (doing maraton with muscles), ofc it works on ppl who use gear, but naturals will get rekt, not only your muscules, but your nervous system too. Look for more efficient and sustainable way to build muscle from Mike Mentzer (Dorian Yates teacher) 👍

@@SuperhumanTroy I am having some serious elbow tendonitis with my right arm. All pulling motions and underhand grip hurts it to bad to do curls or pull ups. Been like three weeks and won't go away. I don't want to rest. I just got back into the hr gym after seven years and just started to get it all back. You know of anything I can do? I have to use a strap on my wrist on just about everything now

How many sets & reps were they doing. It seems like everything was like 5 reps. I was always taught the more blood you pump in your arms the bigger your biceps will get which means you should do more reps between 12-20

Everyone is different. There is no “rubber stamp” method for anything and yes, you can overtrain these small muscle groups. He’s throwing the barbell up at 2:10…no good. BTW…don’t forget the ‘roids.
