So amazing how this guy can sit down in his house and just put out something like this. It’s interesting how he always uses a synth loop as inspiration. An amazing wordsmith.

Pete Townshend is such an inspiration for myself and I'm sure many other musicians as well; his rhythm guitar playing and his melodies are always beautifully layered. And then we get to hear Roger Daltry, Keith Moon and John Entwistle work their own particular magic and another masterpiece is brought to life. May it be ever so.

Glad I've discovered your channel. Love this song and love Pete. Having said that, listening to this makes me realise how brilliantly Roger sings this on the album. Sometimes the demos are better (Did you steal my money?), sometimes they aren't.
