Helloo, thank you so much for this explaination! i have some questions if you dont mind :) 1. if at the end we had an antigen that has 1 line on it (not double), do we treat it like it has none ? i mean do we apply the rule of 3 and consider it like we did here for K ? 2. correct me if im wrong, it is possible to observe a positive agglutination with LISS 37oC if the corresponding antibody was 'warm'. It is not a rule that only IS show +, right ? 3. for the AHG column, should it always be 0 ? can it have + ? when? why ? what do we do in such case with the antibody panel ? Thank you soo soo soo much keep going and take caree ❤
