Obviously it Sucks that you cut your finger but I need to say I am very impressed at how fast you snatched your hand away and didn’t get blood on your project, lol. Even when I just accidentally stick myself with a pin while sewing, I still somehow manage to bleed on my fabric

lol hopefully you'll like the needle tip bottles, I do for sure. But it still works best to rub it in with your fingers before you start burnishing. You can also put in on the flesh side to lock down fibers and the color. That could possibly solve your bleeding problem with the mask. Also, I've become a fan of taping down templates since I found Dieselpunkro a year or so ago. Nothing more annoying than having a template slip on you, other than cutting off the tip of a finger :P

I know stock and barrel uses these cool pointed/fluted little rotating tip things for edge paint, I wonder if it might work for the tokenol, also, I’d love if you could put some quiet sound effects when just the video is playing, just so it’s a bit less plain and there’s a bit more to it, keep up the great content!

I’m really sorry to bug you but is your mask still available on patreon or is it a separate purchase now? I was having trouble finding a file although I found several others. Thank you for your time and for your artwork. I can’t wait to start crafting. My name is Shipwreck btw. I look forward to talking to you about leather

Any issues with fumes from the Dyes or from the Resolene or even the Tokonole being up against your face? I work in leather making tool belts and pockets (carpenter bags) and some of the finishes I use have solvents in them and you can smell them even when you are not putting the leather right on your face. I use veg tan for all my work but I do need to make the bags weather resistant and those finishes will have solvents for penetrating the leather to make them more resistant to all types of weather. I would love any info about non-solvent forms of weather proofing leather.
@brianhudson3619

I've used the water based stains and top coats from Tandy on most of the masks that I've done, and Resolene on a few. just give the products some time to flash off. Wouldn't recommend finishing one and using it that day, But I haven't had any complaints.

@@DarkHorseWorkshop part of their old agreement is that they have to pay for arbitration. So anyone who cancelled their accounts with Patreon because Patreon deplatformed someone they liked (Carl Benjamin, Milo Y, Lauren Southern etc), can now go for arbitration.
