I try to remember! 😃 I often don't actually use the weight I would normally use (as I film multiple workouts in a session and am nursing some niggling injuries at the moment) and I really want to encourage you to find YOUR light / medium / heavies

It was the finisher that nearly finished me off. For the round of 8, I had to drop to a single dumbbell between two hands. I also loved the stretch where you reach behind your back and grab the opposite quad - ahhh!

My grand kiddo twins did this workout with me today. Granddaughter during warm up: Wow PJ is really strong, look at her arms! Grandson: Does PJ have abs?? Me: yes and yes. 🏋😂 They love it when George makes an appearance!

Love when you have a 2nd workout buddy. They add another dimension - especially when you see them barefoot and changing weights. Too bad we couldn’t see George ‘freak out’- that would have been funny. Now - a question: how am I supposed to go kayaking & paddle boarding after that workout? Lol.
