I do all these but I only do one set of 3 30 second negative reps. Equals the amount of the 4 sets. 💪

Nice, mine is really similar right down to how you order the exercises. I also do lat raises after my first lot of biceps/triceps. However, I do add face pulls at the end of my workout as think they're super important for shoulder stability to ensure all 3 heads of the shoulder get hit.

This is good but you should do all Shoulder exercises together, all bicep together and all tricep together The amount of time between exercises is too big and you could be putting more tension on it and growing more

Not too sound like a noob or anything but you obviously do the set and then do the next workout set, on and on until you get back too the first workout then start over. And do that 4 times? Or do you do all the sets for that one workout then move on too the next

The Arnold split is meant to just kill antagonistic muscle pairs. It works well if you allow the proper recovery for these pairs to recover before your next time hitting them.

Any arms routine is not complete with Hammer Curls and any shoulders routine is not complete without a rear delt exercise. Always hit the weaker/less developed muscles first.
