The Calybra volume divider is a divider equipped with a gentle, two-stage divider system, ensuring accuracy and high product quality. The wide weight range allows for freedom in planning new products. The dividing head is made of stainless steel with a coating of special technical material, approved for contact with food. Thanks to the OIL FREE system, the dough does not come into contact with oil, and the divider itself and its surroundings remain clean. By not using oil, a saving of €4,000/year is generated. The CALYBRA divider is available with front or side discharge. Different sizes of hopper and belt are available for better integration into the production line. The optional memory package gives you the ability to save multiple recipes with adjustable dough compression time, including puff pastry.
