You are the only ones reviewing every treadmill this thoroughly. Helped me make my decision this week. You can see how much the channel and Sydney has grown comfortable in these recent videos. Hope you all keep it up!

Thanks for the great overview. I am wondering about the 'step on' height and didn't see it in the full review on your website (or did I miss it?). I am 6 ft 2" in a house with 8 foot ceilings. I am thinking it's not going to work?

Does it arrive in one piece? Do the bars come off? Just wondering how to get it indoor. Thanks.

My fairly new Assault Runner started squeaking when I either walk, jog or run on it. Has that happened to yours?

Has this been resolved? Curious because I’m looking to purchase one

Unfortunately, the squeaking is still there. It doesn’t affect me waking, jogging or running, but it is annoying to hear. When I reached out to customer service they said it can happen and I need to probably “break it in”. We’ll see if it resolves, I’m hoping it does. 🤞🏼

Did you have any issues holding position on the AssaultRunner? I had a cheap manual treadmill a while go that was a pain to hold position on and maintain a consistent speed. I was always fighting myself from continuously increasing speed and/or feeling like I was going to fly off the back. Always got a good sweat on it though, even at walking pace. Given the cost of the AssaultRunner or BoS Blitz, I'd really hate to spend that much on something I wouldn't consistently use.

Great questions. It does take a little bit of time to get the positioning down on the Assault Runner Pro, but I feel like it's much more consistent than other manual treadmills I've been on. I can be much more consistent on the Assault Runner than I can on the Bells of Steel for what it's worth. Let me know if you have any other questions. -Matt

I walk on treadmills for aerobic exercise. I don't jog or run? How is this manual treadmill for walking in your opinion?
@TreadmillReviewGuru
5 ай бұрын
It's great for walking. This treadmill and other manual treadmills can take some getting used to when you first hop on though. The belt on the AssaultRunner Pro moves easily so it's easy to get going, but might feel a little challenging to control at first. It's incredibly durable and is easy to use once you get used to it.

I am having my third back surgery and was going to purchase a treadmill for the recovery phase. The treadmill will be used by my family also. Would you recommend the manual treadmill over a motorized for someone like me?

I assume that manual treadmills with slates don't need to be align adjusted after long walks. I have one calf bigger than the other and I hate having to align the belt after I walk. So I wouldn't need to do that with this?
@TreadmillReviewGuru

Correct. You don't have to align the belt.

A like the assault treadmill. But not 3 to 4000 dollers worth. Looks more like a scam. No motor and that much money. No thank i like and would by one but thats crazy

@@TheBernie8822 but you can’t justify that price tag when it doesn’t have a motor. It’s a metal frame with a rubber mat. That thing doesn’t cost them more than 200$ to build.

Negative. This type of treadmill is designed for speed and intervals training. I use it at least three times a week. Is great to work on your form. It takes some time to used to it. Some people just give up because of the awkwardness. I absolutely love it. It keeps me in running shape during the winter when I hate running when is too cold or freezing outside.

I’m concerned about falling off because I run at 7.5 and it’s usually good to have a button to stop.
@TreadmillReviewGuru
11 ай бұрын
That's a valid concern. Running on a manual treadmill for the first time is a little different and challenging but you get the hang of it after about 5 minutes. It's surprisingly easier to control the speed than it might seem.
