You might need to write complaint to the Federal Communications Commission and The Public Service Commission in the state go Missouri. These two agencies regulate AT&T. AT&T is not a monopoly there are many competitors. DON'T EVER GIVE UP !!!

If you ever get rude people on phone get their supervisor and id and you know what Jason, I like the habit of recording calls to CSR's so that way you have a verbal proof and evidence; a smart move. As my role being in the Customer Relations with the public I believe in the following statement "Listen to your customer, PUT yourself in their shoes, Empathize and GET TO THE BOTTOM POINT OF IT" A successful resolution with follow up. All it takes a few ppl to ruin the company image by lacking CSR

The only reason AT&T has bad customer service is because you continue to be their customer. I wished everyone who used AT&T would drop them like a hot potato and go to ANY of their competitors and leave them in the dirt. This would force their monopoly to drastically drop their prices, and we would all get free Direct TV that they tend to rape you with when you call with a problem with any other service they sell. Why would I want Direct TV when they can't run their phone, cell or internet service. #2, how come they only hire boat people you can't understand for their customer service department? This is why we don't need AT&T. They can take their U-verse, Direct TV, Internet, phone and cell phone towers and sell that mess to someone else.... just NOT me.

Wow this video is 11 years ago 😳 The over charged me by 177 bucks and they cut my Hotspot I'm paying for. No customer service at all and the guys in store are clueless 🙄 there should be a class action lawsuit

You stated that the problem they found was with a wire in the back of your building, was it in the building or outside the building. The only reason I ask is because they actually aren't responsible for the wiring of your building, but rather everything up to it. Just sayin'.

i've worked for at&t dsl spanish or english speaking tech support.... and i must say 80% of the issues where line problems, the half of them where corrupted cable lines, the other half where the lack of the filter provided... either way i wouldn't recommend any at&t service... the only good thing about at&t is customer service... the actual service sucks.

This video is over 2 years old, and they've still got the same automated voice system. That cracks me up. They failed to disconnect my old land line when I moved last december, and I'm still getting a bill for it. The first guy put me on hold for 30 minutes. Teh second person tried seemingly tried to help, then referred me to their "retention" department. Again I was on hold for 30 minutes and NOBODY picked up. I am so fucking pissed right now.

We were supposed to get 6, 50 dollar cards and so far they have given me 4 and said that it was the last one. When we called, we got it saying that we would have to wait for it in a couple of weeks. We STILL havent gotten them!

That's funny people saying T-Mobile is better then ATT when T-Mobile has more hidden costs then ATT does and they slow your internet speed down to 2G speed if you use more then 3gb on their unlimited data plan and their coverage sucks. I've had both carriers and Yes ATT was more expensive but atleast the service was better with my phone rather then T-Mobile

Once took 17 clock hours over a week to attempt to restore service they had inadvertently cut. Best guess is that they have insufficient people available to do the job and those who can get things done are heavily outnumbered and deluged. No win for customer and the service agent.

I live in FL a two state consent State.... I have told them I am recording them and they do not say "Don't". The customer service is overseas, they just read over their answers, supervisors have a rude attitude, some left me waiting for over 20 min, and managers are never available! It has been now 8 months that they are charging me for two modems! They say they will fix it, and never do!! For two years I have had to call them twice a month! They charge me for bogus things! Check your bills!

Also, the person who sold it to us said we would be upgrading to 12mbs internet, when infact she LIED and we ended up getting 3mbs. Thankfully, after a while we got it to where we are getting 12 thanks to At&ts messup!

there is a new game out it is called "Who can shoot out the most windows" using an air gun .Everything with the AT&T emblem is the target .How could we let this go so far ? Just play the game and you will get satisfaction as a valued customer from a machine or the philipines.Is this what we pay for / garbage ? give it back by playing the new 3dgame called "Who can shoot out the most windows" you and your friends will have loads of fun as you drive around looking for the AT&T emblem.So remember the more people the more fun ,remember to where your safety glases.

With proof of them lying to be and charging me over 250$ after they said i only owed 25$... I ask the super r you sure that my grand total that i am not behind or anything from past months. You wana know why your speeds went to crap after the request to change speeds? The order to upgrade more then likely did go through but the fact that you live in a MDU (multi dwelling unit), and ATT is never going to take on the responsibility of re-wiring the building (they will just keep sending tech out to do patch jobs), you will more then likely be down graded to a speed your lines will support or cancel services.

Probably youv'e got the wrong department since tech support is open 24/7 , probably youv'e reach uverse sales or billing. Ask questions first before you conclude !

So calling billing at 5pm and expecting anything different then “we are closed”, really hope that was just for the purpose of making this video. I work for ATT and first / foremost I will agree, there are too many department within ATT. Billing, tech support, supervisor, ECT. Your speed issue should have been changed as quickly as the phone number was. It’s a simple order change.

I definitely understand where you coming from! I've encountered a lot of problem from different provider whereas the customer service was shitty as hell, but one thing I learned and everyone including you need to get in habit doing this on EACH call to any CSR representative: Name, Employee ID number and Case numbers.. If they don't know how to speak English get an non outsourced CSR because outsourced people no offense don't know from left to right. All they talk as robots.. If you ever

Pls. do not judge them (AT&T) of their service, like you know much of the service... you yourself call them because you have an issue... an issue that YOU can't resolve yourself... so let's say, you judge them of a bad service like you know everything, which you yourself is not that perfect to know everything... like you think u know much yourself about the service... why not resolve it yourself, since you think you know much of it than them... in short, stop doing this crap...

Lyka Monique Liza Don't put yourself through it! I was charged $125 just to put the phone line/jack in a rental house, not even my house! Then I got the same static phone line - so much static you couldn't hear anyone. ATT said that would be a $200 charge to fix that. I replied that I've been charged $325 so far, and I don't even have a phone line I could hear on. Then they gave me someone's OLD # - so many collection calls, it completely filled my voicemail (only takes up to 30) every day, so I couldn't even get my own voicemails. I cancelled the whole thing within a week. NEVER use them or Time Warner. I just do Netflix @ $8 mth - that's all you need. Where I live, we now have 10 yrs of free Google fiber at 100 mps. So no phone bill, no cable bill. Only a $25 light bill. I'm feeling good.

So I end up turned off my phone go outside sit by the window to call then. There said is my sim card I siad how could is my sim card is new ?? Will there said sometime even with new sim card is dosent work at all I was mad because I know better them .I also help there customer out with there phone because morens at the store couldn't help her out whit the phone problems .
