Guys do what works for you. I am a female but I can attest to the fact that excessive product usage can and will make whatever situation you have going on your skin worse. I am a female and I promise that I use to have an extensive regimen in my teens and 20's and it was not until I did away with all of the excess that my skin cleared. Guess what I use on my face...Dove soap. That's it. And it works. It's not childish if it works. Try to keep a minimum regimen if you can. Taking care of yourself is a thing. But when done in excess it can also be detrimental in the long run. Do take time for you,be you, love you. Because how can you love someone else if you don't love and care for yourself? Stay blessed everyone!

Yesss, as a 29 year old woman I can totally agree! I used to follow the hype of all the skin care as I navigated through acne but then realized what worked best on the skin was mild soap and water! And just a few natural oils in the morning ( castor oil, jojoba and rose hemp oil). My skin loves me 🥰 everything else though, he really nailed 🥀🥀

If you use retinol (I use that same PTR serum), it makes your skin more sensitive/delicate to the sun because it increases cell turnover. A morning SPF is essential. I like to use an SPF that is separate from my moisturizer. I like Cerave. 💁🏽♀️

Thank you for helping our young men. 👏 Old school Odor neutralizer- once a week take about 1 teaspoon of arm and hammer baking soda, add roughly 1/4 teaspoon of water (turn it into a paste) then clean off the residual deodorant and bacteria from your arm pits. No need to rinse it off, just proceed to shower normally. Deodorant is water resistant, soap alone won't wash it off for a fresh start. Do a sniff test you will notice a difference. Works for teens!!! Yes it does 🙏 ...takes the onion out the onion pits.

This is a game changer 🤣🤣🤣 nah but forreal this is all good advice. I follow a lot of these myself. I have a watch collection, cologne collection, waterpik. Wifey always laughs at me because I have a skincare regimen but appreciates it that im not a slacker and that I keep up with my hygeine. Women deodorant is definitely a best kept secret for some reason works better and doesnt clash with my cologne scents like mens deodorant does. I do the clean scents in the summer and vanilla, musk, amber, boozy in the winter to match my colognes. I also spray one spray behind my neck or behind the ears as well so when i hug somebody they get a whiff of it.

I love that you are promoting hygiene for men but guys and ladies do not try just anything on your skin, especially your face. Be sure to test products (even “natural” ones) on a small skin patch to see how you react to it. As what works for one person may turn the next person’s face into a crunch bar. Speaking from experience. 😅
