And I had never thought about the meat becoming more done by the lack of wetness decreasing the bubbling process. That's interesting! Thank you for this wonderful looking Cantonese recipe! 🎉

@@olgadsa1295 I was cringing listening to the metal spoon screeching the pan never use metal spoons in your non stick pan use a wooden spoon to stir the sauce it’s @ man thing my husband tries the same thing and I quickly remove him and his metal spoon from the kitchen he says it saves on the washing up.😲I can wash a spoon up quicker than shopping for a new pan.

Try using a brown paper bag or large ziplock bag to coat your meats. Add mixed flour/cornstarch and meats close and shake well.
