This Coconut Jelly dessert is made with alternating layers of coconut water and coconut milk.
Mixtures for two types of layers are prepared separately and then assembled carefully to build the beautiful layered jelly dessert.
This simple dessert is very easy to prepare, yet contains all the goodness of coconut water and coconut milk.

▶️Ingredients:
For Coconut Milk Layer
1) 1 Cup Coconut Water
2) 1 Cup Coconut Milk
3) 5 Tbsp Sugar (You can adjust this amount depending on the sweetness of coconut water and your taste)
4) A pinch of Salt: amzn.to/3ryt2uo
5) 1 1/2 Tsp Agar Agar Powder: amzn.to/3s1u9mh
6) 5-6 Inches of Pandan Leaf
For Coconut Water layer
1) 2 Cup Coconut Water
2) 3 Tbsp Sugar
3) 1 1/2 Tsp Agar Agar Powder
4) 5-6 inches of Pandan Leaf
▶️Cooking method
Coconut Milk Layer
1) Take a sauce pan, pour 1 cup of coconut water.
2) Add agar agar powder into the coconut water.
3) Mix well.
4) Add 1 Cup of coconut milk. Mix well.
5) Heat the liquid and stir.
6) Add a pinch of salt and continue to stir.
7) Add sugar and stir.
8) Add pandan leaf.
9) When the liquid is boiled, simmer it.
Coconut Water Layer
1) Pour 2 Cups of coconut water in another pot.
2) Add agar agar powder. Mix well.
3) Turn on the heat and stir.
4) Add sugar and continue to stir.
5) Add pandan leaf.
6) Bring it to a boil, then simmer.
Make layers
1) Divide the coconut milk mixture into 3 parts.
2) Pour the first layer. Remove the bubbles if any.
3) Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
4) Divide coconut water mixture into 2 parts. And pour the 2nd layer. Use a spoon to pour.
5) Cool it for 7-8 minutes in refrigerater.
6) Make the remaining layers. Refrigerate each layer for 7-8 minutes.
7) Pour the last layer and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours before serving.
8) After 2 hours, take out the coconut jelly from refrigerator.
9) Use a metal spatula to release the jelly from the walls.
10) Cut and serve the jelly in your desired shapes.
