This Paal roti is very easy to make and I am sure this is one of the best dessert and everyone's favourite in Jaffna foods. This is similar to Paal kolukattai but little variations makes it more tasty and authentic in Jaffna. In paal kozhukattai, we will add cow's milk and coconut milk. But in Paal Rotti, we usually add only coconut milk with ulutham maavu to make it thick.Mostly my mom used to make this for evening snacks or if any guests come to our house.
