Madam I made this pickle yesterday. Mangoes are not much sore. The mistake I made is I have used double the quantity of mustard than you have mentioned in the recepie which has become a bit bitter. Will the bitterness subside in the few days once the pickle gets well soaked? Any other remedy to repair my mistake. I was waiting for this receipie from you and unfortunately got it one day late

Thanks ma. Since we don't have a good andhra restaurant in our city, we only get to eat it once in few years when we visit Karnataka or andhra. So I would be very thankful to you if you can post a recipe for it. Your chow chow thuvaiyal was an exact replication of the Bheemas restaurant thuvaiyal and I have been making it often. I also make it with less tamarind and chillies at times and that version goes well with dosas.
