I changed the automated recording. Now when someone calls in, most extensions say they're invalid. We have Partner 34D. Can someone help? I think I hit the wrong selector code when I was trying to do it. We have extensions 10-38.

My system doesn't allow me to choose option 9 - tells me it's invalid. I have an Avaya Euro 18D - is there another option that will allow me to assign the auto attendant as it it not picking up when a caller calls in.

Everyone screws up the Dial zero time out option and to save it.. The three way callling for centrex works perfect ' 99 centrex transfer values and to get Comcast switch to work on Three Way is Switch timing.. Is an act of congress

The night service has to be assigned to you.. The video is good but he can't see the major problem with the AA greating and Night We can tell the caller to press a mailbox to call anyone. * 6 and # is to re- record.

Hey Scott, I can't even get past 777. I hit 0# and it says ''transferring to receptionist'' I just want to reset a password because an associate left. Hours of this. I wish there was actual support for these models.

There is no "Actual" support for this unit because Avaya went bust during that last great Dot Com meltdown.

Ports are not assigned on the card Numbering plan if it lost your memory .. Did over 100 service calls for this Voice. mail

You'll have to explain how to define this extension 777, because it just rings busy on my system.

777 is defined by the system. It's the default extension for voice mail. If it is ringing busy you may have an issue with your voice mail system.

Unfortunately, you don't know jack about Avaya programming. You need to define a hunt group to ring to your VoiceMail system extension. After you reset and wipe out your Avaya all of the hunt groups get erased.
