I love all your videos Hannah! I was wondering if you could do a work out for people with scoliosis or lower spinal fusion’s? There are really no good videos like this for people like me? I do your exercises/stretching as much as I can where I don’t twist or stand up and bend over all the way;) Thank You 😊❤️
