1 Cup - Pearl Millet Flour (Bajra Flour)
1/2 Cup - Fenugreek Leaves (Methi bhaji)
1/2 Cup - Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhaniya)
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1/2tsp - Salt or As per taste
1/2 Cup - Medium Sour Buttermilk
1/8 tsp Cooking Soda
1/2 cup - Luke Warm Water
As required - તેલ - Refined Oil
