I've been doing lat pullovers and skullcrushers in this way for almost 20 years. Great exercises, if you maintain proper form. You can develop disproportionate Latissimus Dorsi (for the technical humans) and look like a bird trying to spread it's wings. Always concentrate, work more on and sometimes increase weight on your weakest or less defined/mass areas. Because you like it or it's easier, is the reverse of pain. Ease, tells us we or strong there. Pain tells is we are doing it incorrectly or overworking an area. (That can be better or worse) and weakness, tells us, that we have underdeveloped musculature in that area. Mike does ot correctly. Perfect form as per usual. I tend to gravitate towards machines that give you full range. A large portion of gyms (even ultra modern ones) don't have these. Full range of motion and very difficult to mimic without a dedicated machine. Well done. Many women trying not to stare. Now that's usually men at a gym. Breathing aspect is paramount.

not enough chest volume, if you want to grow you need to be hitting chest 6x a week. Shoulders, legs and back aren't even important. In terms of diet you need to be eating 6k cals/day and conducting IF with only a 2 hour eating window every day.

I find your split interesting. You explained why Chest only one day, do you feel that way about your arms as well or do you feel they get some with the other body part workouts, ie., Triceps are worked with some of the shoulders / delts and back exercises, and perhaps the biceps get worked with some of the back exercises. My split I enjoy is CHEST & BACK, BICEPS & TRICEPS, SHOULDERS, LEGS & ABS, REST, START OVER. Sometimes I do a 3 ON 1 OFF 2 ON 1 OFF day split. I prefer working a "push / pull" type of workout, sometimes I throw in super sets, giant sets, drop sets, etc. You mentioned you change splits after 3, 4, 5, or 6 weeks, depending upon how it feels. Do you have an average, like "mostly after week 4." Do you mix light weight high rep / heavy weight low rep either within a workout, one week heavy and one week light, or do you do light weight / high reps at all? Hey, just wanted the thank you for your informative videos, they have been very helpful.
