The Virtual Boy Waterworld's music is also worth checking out. It's a different composer (Jonathan Dunn), but the same compositions, so I assume he adapted the SNES music. 2:05 Half the party just stayed behind and chilled to the music. They know they're trapped in a crappy game.

I was fully expecting "Spider-man and the X-men in Arcade's Revenge" to be in this video.

water world music sounds like something you would have heard at around 2am watching Cinemax back in the day.. lol

This was a great concept. Since it’s often that some great music gets passed over because the game they’re in isn’t any good. Plus it’s great that you credit the artists. On loads of social media posts these days people often don’t get credit for their work that gets passed around.

Based on what you said, Secret of the Stars sounds like a perfect candidate for an improvement and retranslation patch.

Following the "Ocean-published movie licence game" trend, there's an unused track in the Flintstones game that has a similar vibe to the Waterworld music that I love.

To be fair, that second Mahjong game looks rather fun and interesting... might have to give it a whirl using my secret skill of being able to read Japanese :)

It feels so rare now a days to have a game with any original, or good music it seems, but the new Final Fantasy 16 soundtrack is incredible. Video game music is very important!
