Bagel - a product made of dough, shaped like a bagel, popular in Europe and America. It was in New York that I ate my last bagel, so I mentioned it and decided to tell you how to cook bagels. So the question of what to cook for breakfast this weekend has already been decided - bagels with cream cheese and salmon. This homemade bagels takes time to cook, but believe me, it's worth it. These bagels with stuffing are sure to please you and your loved ones!

Ingredients for cooking fugitives
For the dough:
350 g of flour
125 ml of warm water
1.5 tbsp. l. sugar
½ tsp. salt
2 st. l. oil
1 egg (for greasing)
10 g of live yeast "Scented House"
1 st. l. sesame (for topping)
For the filling:
300 g of lightly salted salmon
250 g cream cheese
1 beet
10 sprigs of dill
10 sprigs of lemon balm
A step-by-step recipe for cooking ran with stuffing
For the dough in a bowl of 350 g of flour, crush with your hands 10 g of yeast "Scented House".
On the other side of the bowl, pour 1.5 tbsp. l. sugar, 2 tbsp. l. oil, ½ tsp. salt and pour 125 ml of warm water. It is better not to spread sugar and salt on yeast, so as not to suppress the process of their work.
Mix the dough with a spoon, it should be thick. The dough may seem too dry, but it should be so, do not be afraid. The main thing is to mix it well. Cover the dough with cling film and leave for 1 hour to rise.
When an hour has passed, divide the dough into 6 equal parts and form balls out of it.
Make a hole in each ball with your finger and place on a baking sheet. Leave for another 20-30 minutes to rise. After that, you can make the holes even bigger, because the dough is still a little suitable.
Boil water in a large saucepan. When the water boils, turn it off and throw 3 bagels into the water. Hold for 1 minute on each side, turning with a skimmer, then throw in the other 3 bagels.
Place on a baking sheet so that there is a distance between the bagels, because they will increase during baking. Brush them with egg with a brush.
Sprinkle the bagels with sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the bagels. Cut 300 g of lightly salted salmon into thin strips and place in a bowl. You can use fresh.
If you use fresh salmon, add 1 tsp. sugar and ½ tsp. salt. If you took lightly salted salmon, you can skip this step.
Grate raw beets and add to the bowl with salmon. It will give not only a beautiful color to the fish, but also an interesting taste to the whole dish.
Wash 10 sprigs of dill and 10 sprigs of lemon balm and finely chop the greens. Add dill and lemon balm to the salmon. Marinate the fish for 20 minutes if you took fresh salmon and 5-7 minutes less if you chose lightly salted.
Cut the finished buns completely into 2 cross pieces. Grease the bottom of the bun with cream cheese. Place the marinated salmon on top and cover with a second bun.
