In this Baking video, I am making "No Egg Banana Bread"
That's Right, NO EGG!!!
So, if you don't have Eggs or don't like to put in, this is a banana bread for You!!
I loved it. It was Sweet, Dense, Moist, and full of banana flavor. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM----^^

*Before Eating, Let the banana bread cool COMPLETELY because it taste much yummier~
Dry Ingredients:
1. 1 1/3 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2. 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3. 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
4. 1/4 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients:
1. 1/2 Cup Room Temp. Butter or Margarine Stick
2. 3/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
3. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4. 2 Tbsp Milk or Soy Milk
5. 3 Large Mashed Really Ripe Bananas
Instructions:
*Preheat the Oven to 375'F
1. First, Combine all the Dry Ingredients and Set it Aside.
2. Cream the 1/2 Cup Butter/ Margarine Stick with a Whisk or a Handmixer.
3. To (2), add 3/4 Cup of Light Brown Sugar and Beat it together until Combined.
4. To (3), add 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract and 2 Tbsp Milk/ Soy Milk and Combined and Set it Aside.
5. Mash 3 Really Really, I mean, Really Ripe Bananas Using Fork or Potato masher.
6. Add the Mashed Banana(5) to (4) and Mix Well
7. Now, Add the Dry Ingredients in two Parts to (6). Don't Over Mix. Mix Until Flour Is all Combined.
8. After (7) is completed, Transfer to a 8X4 inch Loaf pan, which I lined the Bottom with Parchment Paper. (I am Using Non-Stick).
9. Bake in a 375'F for ~50 Min. or until Toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. ^_^
10. After banana bread is all done, Let it cool completely before eating.
Note:
The baking time depend on the oven and what kind of pan (non-stick, aluminum, or glass) you are using.
