In this Video I am going to show you how to make "Soft Chocolate-Chip Cookies"...YUMMMMMM...
These Cookies were perfect for me. The Edges are nice and crispy while the center is soft and chocolatey gooey(?).
For this Chocolate-Chip Cookie, I did not use any Butter or Eggs. Because, Butter will give crispier cookie than Margarine. Also, because there is no eggs, it is safe to eat raw.
Anywhoooooooooooooo....this video is LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOng, but try to enjoy it!!^^

Preheat your oven to 375'F
*Make about Dozen Cookies
INGREDIENTS:
1. 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
2. 2 tsp Baking Powder
3. 1/2 tsp Salt
4. 1 Stick Margarine
5. 1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
6. 1/4 Cup White Granulated Sugar
7. 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
8. 2 Tbsp Soy Milk/ Milk
9. 1/4 ~ 1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Chips or add until you are satisfied, but please don't over do it!
Refrigerate the Cookie Dough for Several Hours Before Baking.
Bake at 375'F for 12-15 min. or Until Edges of the Cookies become Golden Brown.
If you want Crunchier Cookie, Bake a Little Bit Longer.
Baking Time May vary depending on the Oven and what kind of pan you are using.
