Amazing practice as always Sanna…fast, short yet so effective! I would like to provide 2 suggestions: 1. As this practice works on different sides of the mat would be good to state in the beginning itself that this is a mandala style flow so we can keep our screen in an appropriate position to be able to follow effectively 2. As you’re probably wearing a fitness band, would be great if you can state how many calories we burned after this practice so we can self-assess the intensity of our own practice. Thank you for practicing as always :) 1. Sure - great suggestion! This was a mandala style flow indeed. 2. Sure, I could do that. It just varies from person to person. And personally I try not to check the calories burned. 😅 But useful info for many
