low carb low sugar pancakes super tastey
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 can coconut milk chilled for at ;east 4 hrs
3/4 cup quick cooking oats
pinch sea salt
2oz dark chocolate
take coconut milk and separate cream from top
whip in bowl till soft peaks form then keep chilled
take 3 bananas and mash well
add eggs oats and dark chocolate and mix thoughly
on a hot gridle place 1/4 cup size scoops and cook till edges appear dry flip and cook for additional 3-4 mins
serve with small amount of maple syrup and top with spoonful of whipped coconut cream and shaved dark chocolate
