What is the difference between Han har lyst på kaffe Han vil kaffe Han har lyst til å spise Han vil å spise Or there is no difference between them? Thanks for the videos btw

Sorry about late reply. Han har lyst på kaffe = He want something where you have a noun after "på". Han vil ha kaffe = same meaning as above Han har lyst til å spise = You use this form for Verb (in infinitive) after "til" Han vil spise = basically same meaning as the phrase above

Yes. You can say "iskrem". But usually it is shortened.

How do you say : She wants to eat ice cream?
@CoursesNorwegian

Hun vil spise is.... Hun ønsker å spise is ... - Even though "is" only means ice, it is understood as ice cream.

thanks, but "she will eat ice cream and, she wants to eat ice cream are not the same thing in English".

"ønsker å" is the clearest one in Norwegian. "Vil" CAN mean "want to" in Norwegian, but can also mean "going to" as in English.
