Wow, they did updates to Batu caves since I was there last. The stairs were not painted when I was there. It's now in bright colors. I am also impressed that you guys made it to the top in one trip. It took me two breaks in between to get to the top. Those stairs are killer, especially in 90 degree weather with 85% humidity.

You need to timestamp the “Tia for scale” in your videos. Totally redeemed yourself this video with the easter egg at the end. Will there be a “Tia for Scale” compilation video in the future? Maybe for the 100th episode?

Hi glad you’ve made it to Georgetown. Sri Anand Bhagwan in Tanjung Bungah is a great Indian restaurant. Catch the 101 or 102 from Komtar. The night market at Tanjung Bungah on a Tuesday night is worth a look see. The Murturbak from the large hot plate on the back of a truck is the best at the market. Also the boat ride at Teluk Bahang ( the national park )at the north western corner of Penang is great for the wildlife spotting especially the Sea Otters. Enjoy Penang, see you in Perth. 🤩

You are getting good with your video transitions and nice touch adding Indian music at the Batu Caves 😀 The red chicken pieces you had for dinner looks like Chicken Tikka - similar to Tandoori, except do you know if eating Tandoori chicken in India, they are not red but brown and moist. Did you guys try Bak Kut Tea (herbal meat soup with rice) in KL? Couple of Malaysian dishes that some claim originated from Penang are Assam Laksa and Har Mee with noodles. The Char Kuai Teow in Penang is also somewhat different.

Definitely was going to comment “No Tia for scale at tallest statue in Malaysia?” But you got me good at the end. Also chicken 65 is famous all over the world with everyone taking credit for the recipe, creation and the naming. Nothing is proven but the version I like is that it was just item number 65 on the Mumbai hotel menu. There can’t be 65 spices in it right like some claims?

I enjoyed eating a lot of gobi 65, the vegetarian version with cauliflower, when I was working in South India. Tamil food is so delicious! When I first arrived I also made Cheveyo's mistake of thinking a white sauce was yoghurt and eating it to calm down the level of spice in my mouth, only to discover it was coconut chutney with a lot of raw green chilis blended into it 😅
