烤箱BBQ 豬肋排 Oven Bake BBQ Spare Ribs

材料:
豬肋排 600公克
奶油 2大匙
水 1/4 杯
BBQ 醬 適量(刷在表面用)
醃料:
洋蔥碎 3大匙
蒜碎 1大匙
烤肉醬 1/4杯
紅糖 1 1/2 大匙
鹽 3/4 大匙
蒜粉 1小匙
黑胡椒 1/4小匙
紅椒粉 1/2小匙
做法:
用刀子割除豬肋排的筋膜,如果是冷凍肉,可泡在加鹽冷水中30分鐘,瀝乾水份擦乾。
切除多餘的肥肉,然後源骨頭切開成一條一條。
把豬肋排放在大碗中,加入洋蔥碎、蒜碎、紅糖、鹽、蒜粉、黑胡椒、紅椒粉、烤肉醬拌勻,把豬肋排醃泡至少4小時,中途翻一下,醃過夜更佳。
預熱烤箱至 180C (350F)
把豬肋排放在烤盤上,加入水、奶油,蓋鋁泊紙烤約1小時30分。
拿掉鋁泊紙,倒掉汁液,把BBQ醬塗上豬肋排表面,再進烤箱烤約30分鐘。

Ingredients:
600g pork ribs
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup water
BBQ Sauce 1/3 cup
For marindade:
3 tbsp minced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
3/4 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Method:
Remove the membrane with your finger and slowly pulling the membrane off from the pork ribs.
Cut off the excess fat with a knife. And then cut the pork ribs into individual pieces.
Place the pork ribs in a mixing bowl and then add the minced onion, minced garlic and all the seasoning into the pork ribs. Then massage the ribs and store them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Get a baking dish, add the ribs and pour in the water and then add the butter. Cover the ribs with aluminum foil and bake them for 1 hr and 30 minutes.
After 1 hr and 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil and drain the fat. Rub the BBQ sauce onto the ribs and place them back into the oven, then bake the ribs for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
自製BBQ醬
材料:
番茄醬 2杯
蘋果醋 1/2杯
紅糖 1/4杯
蜂蜜 2 大匙
烏斯特醬 1大匙
檸檬汁 1大匙
鹽、黑胡椒 少許
蒜粉 1/8小匙
做法:
把所有材料小火煮約10分鐘。
馬上使用或放涼後裝入瓶子中,置入冰箱,一星期內用完。
Homemade BBQ Sauce:
Ingredients:
2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper
1/8tsp garlic powder
Method:
Whisk together all ingredients in a small pot over medium heat. Simmer until thickened about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately or allow to cool and store in an container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
