Making a Swiss Roll is not as difficult as you might think. It has a delicate flavour that works well with a variety of fillings. It's best eaten on the day it's made but that's not usually a problem!
To follow this video you will need:
3 Eggs
125g Caster Sugar
75g Plain Flour
1 tablespoon Hot Water
1 dessertspoon Caster Sugar for topping
3 tablespoons Jam or Lemon Curd
You will also need a Swiss Roll tin (approx. 20cm x 30cm.), 2 sheets of greaseproof paper
