5-6 CLOVES OR 1/2 TABLESPOON OF GROUND CLOVES
1/2 TABLESPOON GROUND CUMIN
1/2 TABLESPOON THYME
1/2 TABLESPOON MARJORAN
3-4 BAY LEAVES
1 SMALL PIECE OF GINGER
(OPTIONAL) 1 TABLESPOON OR SPLASH OF WHITE OR APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
6-7 GUAJILLO CHILES
6-7 CALIFORNIA CHILES
3-4 CHILES PASILLA
6-7 RED TOMATOES
2-3 TABLESPOONS OF CHICKEN OR BEEF BOULLION
YOU MIGHT NEED TO ADD 1-2 CUPS OF WATER ONCE IT'S DONE COOKING IF THE BIRRIA LOOKS TO THICK. JUST BE CAREFUL YOU DONT WANT IT TOO RUNNY.
