Hi,Looks Great! We're the noodles precooked? How do you cook "Fish Balls"? I see them at the market all the time but I never know what to do with them :/ thanks.
@NathanKwon818
8 жыл бұрын
The noodles were probably just boiled :) Fish balls are often used in soups or stews, or you can just boil them in a stock of your choice. Korean Odeng (Also a type of fish cake) can be either fried or boiled :) Hope that clears things up!

They sell those rice noodles premade in small packs in Chinese markets. They are made fresh and packaged already so no need to boil, can simply mix it into your pan to seat/incorporate with your other ingredients or add into your hot soup when it's ready if you are making noodle soup!

The wok and the skillet I use the most(in the video & real life) are T-fal 8inch non stick wok & large nonstick skillet. The wok is Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution line but I haven't seen for a long time at the market. But you can find similar ones any kitchen stores or online! Oh also, RachelRay brand makes similar one with a lid! ☺️
