I have had a FXR back in the mid nineties, but before that I had a 1200s , My FXR I traded in for a DEUCE in 2000,, but sadly I had to sell it in 2019 , as I had been scammed by my ex female partner, so I could then moved over to France, were I now live, and I have just recently purchased another softail deuce 2003, but it has issues, it has not been looked after very well, One of the bad problems is the alarm system it is shit, I would like to remove it completely go back to old school, I’ve spoken to HD and they’ve told me it cannot be removed, other than rewiring the complete bike, I actually think I’m going to try this, I have some problems with the carburettor on my bike, it’s HSR 42, It was so clogged up with dried out fuel, I’ve now decided to replace all the jets, I think, mainly it is due to the additives that are put into the field nowadays, France,

Find a wiring diagram and look for the ground on the security module that is normally activated by the key fob. Run that circuit direct to ground That tricks the module into thinking all the parameters for crank, start, & run have been met. No more worries about security. I've done this on 2 bikes now. Thanks for watching.

@@ninefinger128 Good morning 🌅, thank you for your help, I have found 2 wiring diagrams, Both which plug into the big black box, But I have noticed neutral on one of them already goes to ground, If I send you a the details of the wiring drawing, would you be so kind to point me in the right direction?, As I do not want to burn my bike out, I don’t mind burning the tire out occasionally, ha ha., I’m not in a hurry, as I’m still waiting for my parts gaskets and oil sales and barons et cetera, It seems over here in France, they do not put the effort in to get your components, I’ve been told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, I haven’t fancied going out recently as it is been raining a lot here, Old geezer from France,
