I was never able to do a proper push-up because my core was weak, but thanks to your level one and now level two, my core is strong enough to hold a proper push-up position! It’s awesome thank you!

Whewee this one was way more difficult that level one BUT I MADE IT THROUGH! Mind over matter right? By the way are you supposed to still do level one and add level 2 on top or just do level 2 by itself?

Level one was just a beginning for beginners obviously so if you feel as if level one was easy to do then you no longer need that video , I would say stay on level 2 until it gets easier and then start the next level 3

I do both. Good warm up leading into level 2. Which I find the side plank with straight leg lifts difficult. Keep on getting after it.

That final 30 sec plank always gets me but its been getting a lot easier before i looked up core workouts i didn't know how easy it was to work out from home with no equipment thanks!

I've been going to the gym for a couple months after depression and a big weight gain. Stage 1 was easy for me and was sore after day 1 but good by day 4. This stage has been a challenge and has me sweating on day 3. Great coaching 👏

finished level 1 day 1✅ (a lot harder then level 1) day 2 ✅ day 3✅ day 4✅ (i was gone the whole weekend so i took a break, did it twice today) day 5 ✅ day 6✅ day 7✅ day 8✅(gone for the weekend again did it twice today) day 9✅(did it twice today) day 10✅(did it twice today) day 11✅ day 12✅( last day going to level 3 became pretty easy for me)

This is a great workout holy cow I'm not ready for this one .. was struggling with the oblique exercises mostly side planking tests I like this much better than level 1 I can feel my lower abdomen activate and shoulders

For all of you guys, it means that you are putting too much bodyweight on your arms, because your bodyweight is hurting your arms. Try putting your arms a bit farther out, so your core muscles have to support you more. Worked for me, made my stomach hurt a lot more than putting my arms under my shoulders. Hope this helps you guys.

If it's tough, do it without the Raises. Just train to strengthen your obliques first
