Copt Oak is a hamlet in North West Leicesteshire, in Charnwood Forest, a hilly area bounded by Leicester, Loughborough and Coalville. The church was built in 1837 in the Early English style, and consists of a nave, chancel and tower.
Access to the ringing room is via a spiral staircase with the entry from outside the church. The ringing room is on a balcony which is open to the body of the church. There are 6 bells, all cast in 1889, when further building works were carried out on the church.
