The thing with Ben Simmons is we don’t have hate for him for no reason. It’s just irritating seeing someone of his capability not be aggressive on offense or try. YOURE 6’10 for christ sakes. 6’10! It’s not like he has a long line of injuries or anything dire he just needs to step up and dunk the ball. It’s like psychologically he’s absent minded and scared on what people will think if he misses or something i don’t know.

I guess you ain’t see the guy coming baseline and when he passed it if he would’ve caught it he would’ve had a free dunk with passing skills like that he should be beloved because that was giving your teammate a easy bucket and they don’t even gotta have the skills if that was LeBron you would not be complaining about that you would’ve been going off on whoever that was that was supposed to catch that and dunk Ben Simmons made the play and pass it off like he should’ve PS They say h was the next LeBron not Kobe or jordan 😂

Ben Simmons would be the second best player on the Brooklyn Nets if they would just trade Nick Claxton for Miles Turner🙄 Claxton inability to shoot gives his defender the ability to sag off him whenever Ben has the ball and clog the paint. And Ben being a pass first player is not about to take on two defenders. It’s been like this all season. That’s why his scoring numbers are so low Myles turner could be for Ben Simmons what Brook Lopez is for Giannis. A stretch center that provides spacing and allows him to attack and get easy buckets whenever he wants. Ben could easily average 20+ points 10+ rebounds and 10+ assist on this team if they made that trade

This particular play is on nic claxton. That's a wide open two handed slam if he doesn't butter finger the ball. Clax also has like a 75% fg% at the rim so that's pretty much a guaranteed bucket if it doesn't get blocked. Ben Simmons' problem is that he sees the floor almost like a computer would. In 2k, there's a badge that lets you see what percent chance everyone has of making a shot where they are currently standing. Ben Simmons probably had a 60 or so % chance to make the layup, but he saw a wide open claxton at 100% and passed the ball. He'll have a 99.9% chance of making a layup and then pass to someone wide open because they're at 100%. Technically he found a better shot, but he has to understand that he is Ben Simmons. Not many people can stop you at the rim, you are too talented to pass those up. Even if you have a lower percent, your talent alone can make up for it
