6 bergamots/ tangerines
Pasta:
2 cups of sifted wheat flour (260g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar (180g)
3 whole eggs
1 cup of oil (240ml)
1/4 cup of water (60ml)
Shavings from the husks of 2 bergamots
Cup measure 240ml

Oven preheated to 180° for approximately 45 to 50 minutes, test the toothpick if it comes out clean can turn off and remove. unmold while still warm
